I’d like to explain some key points briefly and share a little know-how on splitting thin ridge properly in the anterior maxilla and placing fixtures smoothly in the right location.

The remaining bone was approximately 4 mm. Sinus bone graft was done through the lateral window approach.
A Sure Oss 0.5cc chip was used; final drilling was done down to 3.8 mm.
For the fixture, an OSSTEM IMPLANT GSIII with diameter of 4.5mm and length of 11.5mm was used.
The bonding of the fixture was measured at 33Ncm, which is appropriate. Using a healing abutment, a one-time method was used to finalize the surgery.

This 44-year-old male patient has a severe case of perio and needs implants in many regions. There are several ways of controlling inflammation.
To achieve perfect disinfection quickly, the use of OzonyTron seems to be the best option.
[Korea] Dr. Se-Ung Im & Dr. Se-Woung Kim
In this case, the treatment for the mandibular left area was completed using a GSII implant as well as cement-retained type prosthesis using a rigid abutment.
On the other hand, treatment for the mandibular right area was completed with an SSII Wide platform implant and a cement-retained crown using an excellent solid abutment.
[Korea] Dr. Jong-Cheol Jeong
Implants will be inserted in to this patient’s #23 and 24 positions
Since the buccal bone was lost in #23, 24 positions, if possible, GBR will be performed simultaneously.
[Korea] Dr. Yong-Seok Cho
RPD will be used in the Maxillary and at #44, 45, 46 of mandible, implant will be inserted.
Height in the surgical area is sufficient but since the width is insufficient, Bone graft or Ridge split has to be performed.
[Korea] Dr. Oh, Sang-yoon
As such, this patient is likely to experience wound dehiscence during implant grafting. You can see the narrow alveolar bone caused by a defect in the horizontal alveolar bone....
[Korea] Dr. Oh, Sang-yoon
Considering the excessive loss of alveolar bone during extraction, I decided to perform GBR after the healing of soft tissue.
It has been 2 months since the extraction. Soft tissue has formed...

I would like to say hi to our distinguished guests and fellow members.
I’m going to discuss fenestration, which can occur during implant treatment, and GBR using surgical methods for dehiscence.
[2007 Korea Osstem meeting] Dr. Lee, Geun-ho
One of the hot issues related to implants seems to deal with the ‘bone’ particularly how to secure the bone in grafting implants.
[2007 Korea Osstem Meeting] Dr. Suh, Bong-Hyeun
operation technique I am going to show you today has been routinely used at our dental institute for 5 years now. Today, I am going to perform live surgery while taking an impression.
