GSIII Implantation on #26 & Sinus Graft[0]
[Korea] Dr. Yong-Seok Cho
The remaining bone was approximately 4 mm. Sinus bone graft was done through the lateral window approach. A Sure Oss 0.5cc chip was used; final drilling was done down to 3.8 mm. For the fixture, an OSSTEM IMPLANT GSIII with diameter of 4.5mm and length of 11.5mm was used. The bonding of the fixture was measured at 33Ncm, which is appropriate. Using a healing abutment, a one-time method was used to finalize the surgery.
